A: Yes! Our dedicated manufacturing unit can create custom furniture tailored to your specific needs and space requirements. These include desks, cabinets, wardrobes, CNC cuts, laminates and wraps etc.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Standard delivery within major cities takes 4–7 business days. Custom orders may take 2–4 weeks, depending on design complexity.

Payments & Returns

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept cash, mobile money (M-Pesa), credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and flexible payment plans.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Goods once sold cannot be returned or money refunded unless they are significantly different from what was sold or significantly damaged. The return should be done immediately. Custom orders are non-refundable.
